In 2015, Star Profit coordinated three Chinese equipment manufacturers to develop and deliver an automated solid tire winding production line with robotic handling capabilities for CAMSO (Michelin Group) in Sri Lanka.
In 2025, five Chinese equipment manufacturers joined efforts to develop a fully automatic forming and curing production line for large agricultural rubber tracks, providing an integrated solution for an Indian customer.
- We have maintained a continuous partnership with CAMSO since 2011 and have become one of their main rubber equipment suppliers. Over the years, we have provided approximately 90% of CAMSO’s rubber processing equipment.
- We have also worked with FORECH Conveyor Belt Factory in India since 2011 and have maintained a long-term partnership for over 15 years. During this period, we have supplied approximately 90% of the company’s rubber processing equipment.
- A customer in Sri Lanka had been using rubber equipment supplied by another manufacturer for more than 10 years when the main hydraulic cylinder failure caused the rubber production line to stop. After the original Chinese supplier became unreachable, we worked to identify the original manufacturer and helped restore the rubber equipment operation. The customer recognized our commitment and support, and one year later, we became one of its main suppliers.
- In 2020, travel restrictions caused by COVID-19 prevented our technicians from visiting the customer’s site for installation guidance and commissioning support. As a result, some rubber processing equipment accuracy issues occurred during installation, which affected production stability. After international travel restrictions were lifted in 2023, we sent technical specialists to the site to recalibrate the equipment, restore production accuracy, and resolve the operating issues.
Our commitment to quality, fair pricing, and reliable after-sales support has helped us grow our business in more than 30 countries, including the United States, the United Kingdom, Norway, India, and Sri Lanka. We have also stablished long-term cooperation with companies such as CAMSO Loadstar, Trelleborg, BKT, CEAT, Excel Rubber, Yokohama, Forech India, and Rostar.
