Batch-Off Machine (Rubber Cooling Line)
Batch-off machines, also known as rubber cooling lines, are used after internal mixing to cool, convey, and prepare rubber sheets for the next production step. Rubber cooling lines usually covers processes such as sheet take-off, printing, slitting, conveying, release agent dipping, lifting, cooling, cutting, and stacking.

Features
- Equipped with large release agent dipping tanks, combined with circulating cooling water to help improve the cooling effect on the rubber sheet.
- Batch-off machines can either cut and stack the sheets or continuously stacking rubber on pallets according to different production needs.
- Variable frequency speed control and PLC automation help keep operation more stable, with both floor type and overhead type structures available.
- The modular structure design helps simplify transport and installation.
