Cold Feed Extruder, Rubber Extrusion Machine
Cold feed extruders are widely used for extruding semi-finished rubber products such as tyre tread, inner tubes, cables, rubber strips, and bladder.

Features
- The barrel is designed with a spiral channel for better heat transfer, and a feed roller in the feeding section helps improve material intake.
- Both the screw and the barrel liner are made of nitrided steel for better strength and wear resistance. The screw structure adopts a double-head main and auxiliary thread structure, which has excellent plasticizing and self-cleaning capabilities.
- A hard gear reducer with forced lubrication helps keep power transmission efficient while also reducing running noise.
- Temperature in each section is controlled automatically through a hot water circulation system, making heat control more stable during extrusion.
- AC variable frequency drive or DC motor drive can be used, allowing smooth and continuous speed adjustment during operation.
