Air Spring Curing Press

Rolling Lobe Air Spring Vulcanizing

Leave a Message

Rolling lobe air spring curing presses are designed for vulcanizing rolling lobe automotive air springs under controlled temperature, pressure, and time conditions. They have a four-column frame, upper and lower heating platens, insulation plates, a center mechanism, automatic mold lifting and side-pulling mechanism, internal pressure system, steam heating circuit, PLC touch screen control system, and hydraulic station. The press is designed with two working stations, that allows two molds to undergo the curing process at the same time. The main control system connects with two individual station cabinets, enabling each station to independently adjust curing temperature, pressure, and time according to production requirements.
