Rotary curing presses carry out continuous vulcanization of conveyor belts, rubber sheets, and other rubber products. They support stable curing under controlled temperature and pressure conditions, allowing consistent processing in a continuous production flow. The system can be used to produce patterned rubber sheets, printing rubber sheets, and dyeing conveyor belts. When combined with auxiliary equipment such as pre-stretching devices, infrared heating units, and pressing systems, it can also handle thicker conveyor belts, transmission belts, and other specialized rubber products.

Features
  • Continuous vulcanization under constant tension helps produce smooth surfaces, uniform thickness, and dense internal structure without visible joint marks
  • Automated operation reduces manual involvement and supports more stable and consistent production
  • Compared with plate vulcanizing presses, the system reduces loading time by approximately 5–7 minutes, helping improve production efficiency
  • Five-roll structure with an additional pressure roller is suitable for processing conveyor belts with thicknesses of 10–20 mm, helping maintain more even and continuous pressure during operation
