Sidewall Conveyor Belt Production Line
Sidewall conveyor belt production lines are used to make corrugated sidewall belts by forming and bonding the sidewalls and cleats onto the base belt in separate production steps. Sidewall conveyor belt systems usually include the equipment needed for sidewall and cleat vulcanization, cutting, surface roughening before bonding, dust collection, and the secondary bonding stage where the sidewalls and cleats are attached to the base belt while tension is kept under control. Thanks to their PLC control and a touchscreen interface, operators can easily check and adjust temperature, pressure, and bonding time during production.
