Rubber Pre-building Machine

To improve production efficiency before curing, rubber track pre-building machines are used to press together the bottom rubber sheet, iron cores, and middle rubber sheet into a preformed track body. Once prepared, the preformed rubber tracks can be transferred directly to the curing press, which helps reduce press operation time.
